Chicken with tomato sauce and polenta

I cut the chicken into cubes, as well as the tomatoes, after I peeled them. I finely chopped the peppers and onions.

I put the chopped onion in a little oil until it softened, then I added the pepper and a tablespoon of water. I let them harden a little, then I added the tomatoes, the juice they left and a cup of water. I let them boil until they dropped, then I added the chicken, salt, pepper, delicacy and left it on the fire for about 10 minutes. At the end, I added chopped dill.

For the polenta, I boiled water with salt, then I added the malai, stirring constantly. When it was almost ready, I added the butter and grated cheese.


The heads of the yellow bean pods are mostly cleaned, but only the sharp edges, so as not to waste it, as Vlăduț advises us. Then wash the pods and break them into pieces about 2 cm long.

The tomatoes are scalded in boiling water with a little salt, then left to cool slightly and peeled. Chop into cubes and bring to a boil with a tablespoon of olive oil and two cloves of crushed garlic. Allow the tomato sauce to boil until it thickens, then add the yellow bean pods.

In a frying pan, fry the new onion, cleaned and finely chopped, in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic cloves from one end, whole, just cleaned. Mix the ingredients well until the onion begins to penetrate easily and become translucent. Then add over the tomato sauce with yellow bean pods from the other bowl.

Towards the end of cooking, add a fat, green pepper, chopped into cubes and green dill, as well. minced.

The delicious low-fat meal of yellow beans with tomato and garlic sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

why don't you get out? does it make you lumpy? I use this rule with 3 measures of water to 1 measure of corn and it comes out good, a little soft, but only enough to pass it through the sauce.

This chicken is very good with polenta, but with polenta on potatoes it is insane. That taste of potato in polenta is amazing. Who wants the recipe to raise your hand.

a small onion goes with this sauce, it acquires a better consistency. congratulations for the recipe is ff good I knew but something similar in the sauce is also put thyme, oregano, tarragon and tomato juice and much much much more garlic as I like it.

Mushroom stew with polenta is a simple, delicious, quick and easy to prepare recipe loved by our family. It is a fasting recipe, but we prepare it whenever we feel like it. Poate fi pregatita cu ciuperci champignon albe sau brune, dar merge si cu hribi, galbiori sau alte ciuperci. Folosesc in general ciuperci proaspete, dar atunci cand zapada si viscolul ma determina sa nu ies in trafic pentru a ajunge la supermarket, pregatesc tocanita de ciuperci cu mamaliguta folosind chiar si pe cele conservate sau congelate.

Tocanita cu ciuperci cu mamaliguta face parte din categoria retetelor mele preferate. Am folosit si legume ce ii aduc culoare si un gust mai bun.

In ceea ce priveste ciupercile aveti grija sa nu le lasati in apa inainte sa fie gatite caci absorb apa si isi vor schimba textura, iar timpul de gatire poate creste.

Ciupercile intra in categoria alimentelor ce dau gust “umami”. Conform wikipedia “Umami – gustul savorii, este unul dintre gusturile de baza, împreună cu dulce, amar, acru și sărat”.

Consumul de ciuperci este indicat, acestea fiind o sursa buna de nutrienti ce reduc riscul de cancer sau al bolilor de inima. Au o multime de vitamine, fibre, minerale si sunt considerate super-alimente.

Revenind la tocanita de ciuperci cu mamaliguta trebuie sa va spun ca este una din cele mai apreciate mancaruri la noi in casa. Pe cat de simpla este, pe atat de savuroasa o gasim. Daca tineti neaparat sa asociati o carne cu aceasta ei bine poate fi transformata intr-o garnitura perfecta pentru o friptura pe pui, porc sau vita facute la cuptor. Dar, tocanita de ciuperci cu mamaliguta este pana la urma cea mai indragita mancare a celor care tin postul ortodox, asa ca v-o recomand simpla, pentru a va bucura de gustul si aroma ei.

INGREDIENT:

600 g ciuperci champignon
2 ardei grasi de doua culori
3 medium onions
1 cutie cu rosii decojite – 400 g
thyme
1 legatura de patrunjel
ulei pentru prajit ceapa
2 linguri vin alb
salt
pepper

Am spalat rapid ciupercile, sub jet de apa, le-am lasat sa se usuce, apoi le-am taiat felii subtiri. Ardeii si ceapa le-am tocat in cuburi destul de mici, pentru ca vreau sa isi piarda prezenta in sos, lasand ciupercile in rol principal. Am calit ceapa in ulei pana s-a inmuiat, moment in care am adaugat ciupercile si ardeii.

Am asezonat cu sare, piper, cimbru, am last putin sa fie patrunse, apoi am adaugat rosiile decojite din conserva si taiate cubulete.

Am pus 2 linguri de vin alb si apa cat a fost nevoie sa acoper ciupercile. Am lasat sa fiarba la foc moderat. Spre final am pus o lingurita de faina dizolvata cu putina apa in sos si am lasat sa fiarba in jur de 5 minute. Am lasat pe foc pana cand sosul a prins consistenta si a scazut in volum.

La final, dupa ce am oprit focul, am presarat verdeata tocata foarte fin. Am pus mamaliguta calda in farfurii, am daugat tocania de ciuperci si am mancat cu mare pofta.

Puteti manca tocanita de ciuperci si cu orez sau paste fara oua. Este tare gustoasa aceasta tocanita de ciuperci cu mamaliguta!

-pulpe de pui cu ierburi mediteraneene cu salata tabbouleh 250g
-budinca de chia cu ciocolata neagra si visine 120g
-file de somon cu orez, broccoli, ciuperci pleurotus si dovlecel 250g

Reteta care schimba modul de a gati carnea – pulpe de pui fragede si suculente, in sos de rosii

Această rețetă îți va dezvălui un mic truc pentru a obține cele fragede și suculente pulpe de pui. Dacă te-ai săturat de clasică rețetă încearcă să diversifici puțin și să vezi cum o să-ți iasă aceste delicioase pulpe de pui în sos de tomate.

O bunătate, nu altceva! Te vei îndrăgosti de carnea moale, fragedă și aromată, iar apoi vei schimba modul de prepare cu care te-ai obișnuit. Pentru această rețetă nu ai nevoie de cuptor pentru că acestea se gătesc la tigaie, sub capac. O rețetă genială pentru o cină reușită!

8 bucăți Pulpe de pui
100 g Ceapă
800 ml Sos de roșii
10 g Sare
3 g Piper negru măcinat
3 g Oregano
Instructions

1. Într-o tigaie încinsă căliți bine ceapa.
2. Cu ajutorul unor bețe de bambus, înfipgeți pulpele de pui pentru ca să se gătească cât mai bine.
3. Puneți pulpele de pui în tigaie, peste ceapa călită și le prăjiți bine pe ambele părți.
4. Asezonați cu sare și piper, adăugați oregano și după ce s-au prăjit bine turnați deasupra sosul de tomate.
5. Distribuiți sosul de tomate uniform, acoperiți tigaia cu un capac și lăsați să se gătească timp de 40 min. La final gratinați cu pătrunjel.
6. Savurați cu plăcere!

Pornim cuptorul la 180 °C (caldura sus-jos cu ventilatie) si pregatim o tava termorezistenta.

Punem in tava passata de rosii, putina sare, piper si ierburi aromatice. Amestecam bine cu o furculita.

Spalam pieptul de pui, il taiem in doua si tamponam cu un servetel de bucatarie. Il condimentam pe ambele parti cu sare si piper, apoi asezam cele doua bucati in tava pregatita, peste rosii.

Separat, amestecam intr-un castron crema de branza, marar tocat marunt si jumatate din cantitatea de cascaval.

Distribuim acest amestec peste pieptul de pui si presaram si cascavalul ramas.

Dam tava la cuptor pentru 45-50 de minute, suficient timp pentru a avea la final carne suculenta, nicidecum uscata.

Lasam tava deoparte 10-25 minute dupa coacere, apoi putem servi sau aseza in caserole.

Merge perfect cu orice garnitura: orez, paste, cartofi, salate, mazare, fasole etc.
