500 g ribs of lamb
3-4 cloves of garlic
rosemary, thyme
red, green, white and black pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil

For the gasket:
6 suitable potatoes
1 leek
50 ml oil

Mix the crushed garlic with the rosemary, thyme, ground pepper and salt. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Grease the ribs with this mixture and place in a container with a lid. Let it sit for an hour. Boil the potatoes in salted water and leave to cool.
Place the ribs in a tray and bake for 30 minutes at 185 ° C. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the leeks into slices and fry in oil, add potatoes, chopped parsley and salt and mix (not too much so as not to crumble).

I don't design the pot without carrots and potatoes, but here in Turkey these vegetables are not added, if we want to prepare a 100% Turkish pot :). Although I prefer the "Romanian" version with all the vegetables plus chicken or beef and put in the oven, I can honestly say that this recipe is tasty and especially very easy to prepare, which I really like considering the fact that my time allocated to "cooking" is a bit limited :( .

-2 eggplant
-3 small pumpkins
-3 tomatoes
-1 hot peppers
-2 bell peppers
-1 onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-3 glasses of broth or canned tomatoes in juice
-a tablespoon of olive oil
-crushed red pepper

Chop the diced vegetables and put them in a pot. Add the broth, oil, salt, garlic and pepper, cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are ready. DO NOT add water, the vegetables will boil in the tomato juice. .
