Method of preparation

1. Mix the rice, mozzarella, ham, carrot and parsley in a bowl.

2. Grease a baking tin with butter. Put the obtained composition.

3. Chop eggs, milk, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a blender.

4. Pour the mixture into the mold over the rice and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.

Appetizer entree preparation method:

Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter together with the sliced ​​mushrooms, over low heat and covered. Leave until the water drops.
Soak pieces of bread crumbs in cold milk until no more.
Crush the brain together with the soaked and unsalted bagel, add the butter with onion and mushrooms, grated Telemea cheese, sour cream, yolks, a tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, pepper, flour, a little salt and mix well.
Beat the egg whites and mix them with the composition with a fork and serve them in a large tray greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs.
Put the pudding to bake in the pan with hot water for an hour, in a well-heated oven.
Halfway through the time, reduce the heat.

This pudding is served hot and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Potato pudding with ham

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, put the slices in salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take it out and let it dry.

2. Peel an onion, finely chop and fry in hot oil. Add the boiled potato slices, mix carefully and remove from the heat.

3. Mix the cream with the grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4. Grease a baking tray with butter and line with flour.

5. Place a layer of about 2 cm slices of potato and cover with slices of ham. Pour in the cream mixture, then another layer of potatoes and another layer of ham. Cover with the remaining cream.

6. Place in the preheated oven at 150 ° C and bake until it reaches a copper crust. Cut with a sharp knife and serve the potato ham with ham next to a fresh vegetable salad.

  • 3 hands of almonds
  • 3 small bananas
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

Method of preparation:

  1. I left the almonds to hydrate overnight in water in the refrigerator. I also hydrated the chia seeds in vegetable milk. I chose to moisturize them overnight, but you can leave them even less, about 3-4 hours.
  2. The next day, when the nuts and seeds were hydrated, I made the pudding. Basically, I made 2 compositions, arranged in jars in layers.
  3. I mixed the chia pudding with 3 tablespoons of blueberries and mashed them together with 2 small bananas.
  4. I mixed the hydrated almonds with a banana. If necessary, add a little vegetable milk. I mixed this composition with coconut flakes.
  5. In the jars I put a light layer of almonds with banana and coconut, and a dark layer of chia, blueberries and bananas.

You do not need exact quantities for this recipe. There is nothing wrong with putting more or less almonds or replacing them with cashews, for example. You can use the vegetable milk you prefer. I opted for the coconut with rice.

The pudding is versatile. You can replace blueberries with other fruits or you can add certain flavors, vanilla and / or cinnamon, for example. You can prepare it in the evening to serve it for breakfast or it can quench your sweet appetite in the middle of the day.
