- Wash the peppers and scoop them out. I left the lid nicely cut, with the tail and everything and I kept it. In a pan we put a little olive oil and fry all over the fat peppers. We take them out and put them aside.

- We're getting ready filling.Finely chop an onion and sauté it in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic, paprika, pepper paste and broth, then add the rice. Heat for another 2 minutes and add the meat, season with salt, pepper and add chopped green parsley.

- Fill the peppers with meat and rice paste and place them nicely in a pot with hot water and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat. Remove the peppers in a tall ceramic bowl. Put in the hot oven.

Mix everything with a blender so that a thick sauce comes out. Add the tomato paste to the sauce, taste the salt and add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.

- Pour this sauce over the peppers in the oven and let it cook for about 30 minutes, pouring the sauce from time to time. Turn off the oven and cover with aluminum foil.

- Serve with sour cream !!!
